We also can design and implement small websites in WordPress or work closely with your web developer on larger sites. Our team has the project management and communication skills to help you make any project a success. If we don’t have someone on our team with a particular skill, we have it within in our network to get it implemented the right way, the first time.

Training your Staff

We don’t get you set up and disappear. We are known for developing programs with your staff and teaching them to understand, use and launch their own. Training takes many forms from the very basics of how to enter records in Infusionsoft to how to launch more sophisticated automated marketing campaigns with Wicked Links for tracking and analysis. Some client staff who are thoroughly trained in one aspect of digital marketing then began to pester us for training in the next frontier as it emerges. As marketers, we must understand websites and their role. We do. We can also create them in WordPress, as sophisticated as this one. But, more often than not, we are working with great web developers who are updating existing sites. We play well with others by offering strategic suggestions to continually evolve and improve sites and incorporate forms/lead magnets which will capture more leads which can be nurtured in an automated marketing program. Content Writing

In another era it was called copywriting. We hardly mention it but it’s our true strength. Our founder, Karen Cavanagh, has a big ad agency background which demands the scrutiny of words (especially headlines) and what they convey. We can write your entire website, every email in your nurture campaign and your entire lead magnet piece, but it’s best to use us judiciously. Choose the most important projects — key pages of your site, one key nurture campaign for prospects and that first blog which sets the tone. Then assign Karen to train one of your staff about how to spot good writing with a focus on subject lines and call-to-action lines.
